Abstract
PT. Coenergie Rekayasa Teknik is a company that has been established since 2013 and focuses on individual engineering consulting, offering its consulting capabilities in manufacturing / production, mechatronics (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and Informatics) through supply, drawing, manufacturing and training, Along with the times and increasingly advanced technology, of course in a company requires an information system in carrying out its work activities, the employee recruitment process is a strategic session to identify the right prospective applicants, conventional employee recruitment causes several problems, employee recruitment becomes inefficient because the admin have to reply to whatsapp chat and email registrants one by one to be directed to send application files to email, we need an information system that can help PT Coenergie to make it easier to recruit employees, With the job acceptance information system wan with the web-based Scrum method is expected to facilitate the selection of prospective employees who will enter PT Coenergie. Coenergie Rekayasa Teknik adalah perusahaan yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2013 dan fokus pada konsultasi teknik individu, menawarkan kemampuan konsultasinya di bidang manufaktur / produksi, mekatronik (Mekanik, Elektrikal, Elektronik dan Informatika) melalui penyediaan, menggambar, membuat dan pelatihan, Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan semakin majunya teknologi, tentunya di dalam sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi dalam menjalankan aktifitas kerjanya, Proses perekrutan karyawan ialah sesi yang strategis untuk mengenali calon pelamar yang tepat, Penerimaan karyawan yang dilakukan secara konvensional menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, Penerimaan karyawan mejadi tidak efisien karena admin harus membalas chat whatsapp dan email pendaftar satu persatu untuk diarahkan mengirim berkas lamaran ke email, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu PT Coenergie agar lebih mudah dalam melakukan perekrutan karyawan, Dengan adanya sistem informasi penerimaan karyawan dengan metode Scrum berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan penyeleksian calon karyawan yang akan masuk ke dalam PT Coenergie.
