Abstract
The increasing population of the city of DKI Jakarta causes an increase in the required facilities, especially the availability of time for residential development will decrease from the city and uncontrolled human lifestyles cause the need for electrical energy, air and other resources to increase, especially in urban areas. In addition, DKI Jakarta functions as a government center, education center, industrial center, cultural center, and transportation center. One of the economic factors that influence the level of economic growth in DKI Jakarta is the trade sector. With the increasing trading activity, the facilities needed will also increase, one of which is the market. Then the design of the Final Project Studio for Vertical Residential Projects or Apartments has a green building approach with the theme of Energy-Efficient Architecture which is integrated with the modern market and is expected to accommodate the activities of its residents and fulfill physical and non-physical, functional and aesthetic aspects and realize an EnergyEfficient Architecture design that able to meet the specified requirements, existing standard regulations, and consider a good design in terms of comfort and architecture. Keywords : Modern Market, Apartment, Energy Efficient Architecture Semakin bertambahnya penduduk kota DKI Jakarta menyebabkan semakin besarnya fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan terutama mengakibatkan ketersediaan lahan untuk pemukiman akan semakin berkurang dari waktu ke waktu serta pembangunan kota dan gaya hidup manusia yang tidak terkontrol menyebabkan kebutuhan akan energi listrik, air dan sumber daya lainnya meningkat, terutama di daerah perkotaan. Selain itu DKI Jakarta berfungsi sebagai pusat pemerintahan, pusat pendidikan, pusat industry, pusat kebudayaan, dan pusat transportasi. Salah satu faktor ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota DKI Jakarta yaitu sektor perdagangan. Dengan adanya aktivitas perdagangan yang semakin meningkat, maka akan semakin meningkat pula fasilitas-fasilitas yang diperlukan salah satunya adalah pasar. Maka perancangan Studio Tugas Akhir Proyek Hunian Vertikal atau Apartemen ini mempunyai pendekatan bangunan hijau dengan tema Arsitektur Hemat Energi yang terintegrasi dengan pasar modern dan diharapkan dapat mewadahi aktifitas penghuninya dan memenuhi aspek fisik maupun non fisik, fungsional dan keindahan dan mewujudkan suatu rancangan Arsitektur Hemat Energi yang mampu memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan, peraturan standar yang ada, serta mempertimbangkan perancangan yang baik dari segi kenyamanan maupun arsitektur.
