Abstract
Problems in casting concrete often occur in the field either in the casting process or after casting. This can reduce the quality of the resulting concrete if it is not handled properly. There are many findings regarding concrete work problems, including the drop in the quality of the concrete that has been cast and the poor quality of the installed concrete. In the field there are many findings such as honey comb, bad surface, cracks, cold join. In this study, the construction of the Tokyo Riverside Apartment – Tower 8 located at PIK2, Tangerang and carried out by the contractor PT. Rekagunatek Persada selected precast beam and half slab structures, therefore using the beam-precast method because the beam-precast method is an acceleration method in construction development by carrying out project activities simultaneously or in parallel with a faster duration of execution. In addition, the beam-precast method also has the advantage that there is no additional cost in accelerating development, because the beam-precast method only rearranges the scheduling time for the implementation of projects that will be or are being worked on. Masalah dalam pengecoran beton kerap terjadi dilapangan baik dalam proses pengecoran atau pasca pengecoran. Hal tersebut dapat membuat menurunnya kualitas beton yang dihasilkan apabila tidak di tanggulangi dengan tepat. Banyak temuan mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan beton diantaranya sepeti dropnya mutu beton yang telah dilakukan pengecoran dan burknya kualitas beton terpasang. Dilapangan banyak sekali temuan seperti honey comb, permukaan yang jelek,keretakan, cold join. Pada penelitian ini, Pembangunan Apartement Tokyo Riverside – Tower 8 yang berlokasi di PIK2, Tangerang dan dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor PT. Rekagunatek Persada dipilih bagian struktur precast beam dan half slab maka dari itu menggunakan metode beam-precast karena metode beam-precast adalah metode percepatan dalam pembangunan konstruksi dengan melaksanakan aktivitas-aktivitas proyek secara bersamaan atau pararel dengan durasi waktu pelaksanaan yang lebih cepat. Selain itu, metode beam-precast juga memiliki kelebihan yaitu tidak ada penambahan biaya dalam melakukan percepatan pembangunan, dikarenakan metode beam-precast hanya mengatur ulang waktu penjadwalan pelaksanaan proyek yang akan atau sedang dikerjakan.
