Abstract
Currently, many high-rise buildings use shear walls as a structure to resist these lateral forces. Shear wall is a structure in the form of a vertical wall that functions to withstand the effects of lateral forces and gravity and provides lateral stability to the building. Productivity of construction workers is the most important thing in all construction projects in determining the success of the implementation of the construction project schedule, because it will have an impact on the suitability of the construction schedule planning with the progress of construction work in the field. The Work Sampling method is one approach method to measure the level of productivity. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness (productivity) of workers from the group of iron workers and formwork installation on Shearwall structural work is still classified as normal effective because the LUF value is more than 50%. The value of the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) of the worker group in the Shearwall structure work cycle is 77%. And there are several factors that affect the effectiveness (productivity) in the work cycle of the shearwall structure, namely, the source of labor, timeliness and information, as well as the leader/foreman conducting field monitoring. Key Words : Labor Utilization Factor (LUF), Produktivity, Work Sampling Saat ini banyak gedung tinggi yang menggunakan shear wall sebagai struktur penahan gayagaya lateral tersebut. Shear wall adalah struktur berupa dinding vertikal yang berfungsi menahan pengaruh - pengaruh gaya lateral dan gaya gravitasi serta memberikan stabilitas lateral kepada bangunan. Produktivitas pekerja konstruksi merupakan hal terpenting pada semua proyek konstruksi dalam menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan jadwal proyek konstruksi, karena akan berdampak kepada kesesuaian perencanaan jadwal konstruksi dengan progres pekerjaan konstruksi di lapangan. Metode Work Sampling adalah salah satu metode pendekatan untuk mengukur tingkat produktivitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja dari kelompok pekerja pembesian dan pemasangan bekisting pada pekerjaan struktur Shearwall masih tergolong normal efektif dikarenakan nilai LUF menujukan lebih dari 50%. Besarnya nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dari kelompok pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan struktur Shearwall yaitu sebesar 77%. Dan terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas (produktivitas) pada siklus pekerjaan stuktur shearwall yaitu, Faktor sumber tenaga kerja, ketepatan waktu dan informasi, serta pemimpin/mandor melakukan pemantauan dilapangan.
