Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mood on the resilience of psychology student who are working and writing thesis at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Mercu Buana. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample of 111 students. Resilience using the RQ Test scale and mood using the Positive Affect Negative Affect Scale (PANAS). This study uses a multiple regression test. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that 1) there is a significant influence between positive mood and negative mood on resilience in Psychology students who are working and writing the thesis, 2) there is no significant effect between negative moods on resilience in Psychology students who are currently working on a thesis. working and compiling a thesis, 3) there is a significant influence between positive mood on resilience in psychology students who are working and compiling a thesis. Keywords : Mood, Resilience, Psychology Students, Work and Write Thesis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suasana hati terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa psikologi yang sedang bekerja dan menyusun skripsi di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan aksidental sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 111 mahasiswa yang menyusun skripsi dan bekerja. Resiliensi menggunakan alat ukur skala RQ Test dan suasana hati menggunakan alat ukur Possitive Affect Negative Affect Scale (PANAS). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara suasana hati positif dan suasana hati negatif terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa Psikologi yang sedang bekerja dan menyusun skripsi, 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara suasana hati negatif terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa Psikologi yang sedang bekerja dan menyusun skripsi, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara suasana hati positif terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa Psikologi yang sedang bekerja dan menyusun skripsi.
