Abstract

Resort hotels can have a great influence in bringing out the identity of a tourist area and can also support the promotion of the tourist area, so it is hoped that it is a design that represents the Tanjung Lesung area as an international tourist area and still has a local cultural identity. Tanjung Lesung is the most beautiful beach tourism area with a fairly affordable distance from Jakarta. It has a natural beauty, ranging from the beauty of the beach, coral reefs, flora and fauna, krakatau mountain and the indigenous culture of the surrounding community. Tanjung Lesung is one of the 10 priority tourism destinations, located in tanjung jaya village, Panimbang district, Pandeglang regency, Banten province. In planning and designing a Resort Hotel in the coastal area of Tanjung Lesung Beach, it applies the theme of tropical architecture, which is a design carried out in order to adapt to tropical climatic conditions in coastal areas, therefore physical forms of buildings will arise that are in accordance with natural conditions in coastal tropics. Hotel resort dapat memberi pengaruh yang besar dalam memunculkan identitas suatu kawasan wisata dan dapat pula sebagai pendukung promosi kawasan wisata tersebut, sehingga diharapkan adalah desain yang merepresentaikan kawasan Tanjung Lesung sebagai kawasan wisata Internasional dan tetap memiliki identitas budaya setempat. Tanjung Lesung ialah kawasan pariwisata pantai terindah dengan jarak yang cukup terjangkau dari Jakarta. Memiliki keelokan alami, mulai dari keindahan pantai, terumbu karang, flora dan fauna, gunung krakatau dan kebudayaan asli masyarakat sekitar. Tanjung Lesung merupakan salah satu dari 10 destinasi pariwisata prioritas, terletak di terletak di desa Tanjung Jaya, kecamatan Panimbang, kabupaten Pandeglang, provinsi Banten. Pada perencanaan dan perancangan Hotel Resort di kawasan pesisir Pantai Tanjung Lesung ini menerapkan tema arsitektur tropis, dimana merupakan sebuah perancangan yang dilakukan agar beradaptasi dengan kondisi iklim tropis di daerah pesisir pantai, maka dari itu akan timbul bentuk fisik dari bangunan yang sesuai dengan kondisi alam di daerah tropis pantai.
