Abstract

This study aims to test, analyze and see the influence of learning agility on innovative work behavior. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 124 samples of XYZ private banking employees in Jakarta. The data analysis technique, namely simple linear regression, is carried out by looking at the R-Square table, the significance of Anova and the value of the Regression Coefficient (Simple Analysis) with the help of SPSS for Mac version 27. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of learning agility on innovative work behavior, namely obtaining a regression coefficient of 0.891 with a sig. 0.000 (< 0.05). The advice or input that can be given to XYZ banking employees in Jakarta is to continue to train their skills related to learning agility to further improve innovative work behavior in themselves. Keywords: learning agility, innovative work behavior, banking employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian, menganalisis dan melihat adanya pengaruh learning agility terhadap innovative work behavior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 124 sampel karyawan perbankan swasta XYZ di Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linear sederhana dilakukan dengan melihat tabel R-Square, signifikansi Anova dan nilai Koefisien Regresi (Analisis Sederhana) dengan bantuan SPSS for Mac versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari learning agility terhadap innovative work behavior yaitu mendapatkan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,891 dengan sig. 0,000 (< 0,05). Saran atau masukan yang dapat diberikan kepada para karyawan perbankan XYZ di Jakarta adalah agar terus melatih skill diri terkait learning agility untuk semakin meningkatkan innovative work behavior dalam dirinya.
