Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of work discipline, career development, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted on 86 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of the sample size using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Career Development, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Shopee Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 86 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
