Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication, teamwork and perception of organizational support on employee performance. The population in this study was 64 task force officers of the Department of Water Resources (DSDA) Tambora Subdistrict. The samples used were all officers of tambora DSDA task force as many as 64 officers. The sample recall method uses saturated samples. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This research proves that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Communication, Teamwork, Organizational Support Perception, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, Kerjasama tim dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja satgas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 petugas satgas Dinas Sumber Daya Air (DSDA) Kecamatan Tambora. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua petugas satgas DSDA Tambora sebanyak 64 petugas. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Kerjasama Tim, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kinerja Karya.
