Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, work environment, and organizational culture on employee loyalty. The population in this research was 531 employees. The sample used was 84 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of analyzing the characteristics of respondents using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and data analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS). This research proves that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The work environment does not significantly influence employee loyalty. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, work environment, organizational culture, employee loyalty. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kesetiaan pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 531 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 84 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis karakteristik responden menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) dan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesetiaan pegawai. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesetiaan pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesetiaan pegawai.
