Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of website quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. This research data is primary data obtained from processing questionnaire data filled out by consumers who have transacted at Tokopedia 1-2 times. The number of samples used as many as 108 respondents and the analysis technique used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The findings of previous researchers indicate that website quality and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on repurchase intentions. Keyword : Website Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas situs dan persepsi penilaian pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan Minat pembelian berulang pada marketplace Tokopedia. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang didapat dari pengolahan data kuesioner yang diisi oleh konsumen yang telah bertransaksi di Tokopedia 1-2 kali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 108 responden dan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggukaan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil temuan peneliti terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa kualitas situs dan persepsi penilaian pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan Minat pembelian berulang. Selain itu kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat pembelian berulang. Kata kunci : Kualitas situs, Persepsi Penilaian Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan Minat Beli Ulang
