Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Komitmen terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Fotexco Busana International. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Sec-D PT. Fotexco Busana International berjumlah 75 responden, dengan total sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan penelitian variabel, dengan metode teknik Sampling Jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solution versi25 (SPSS 25). Hasil penelitian dalam studi ini menemukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Komitmen berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan Motivasi dan Komitmen secara bersama berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Fotexco Busana International. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Komitmen , kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and commitment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Phototexco International Clothing. The population in this study were employees of the Sec-D Division of PT. Fotexco Clothing International totaled 75 respondents, with a total sample of 75 respondents. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire related to the research variables, with the method of saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solution version 25 (SPSS 25). The results of this study found that motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while motivation and commitment together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT.
