Abstract
Kampung Pelangi is one of the government programs in overcoming the slums by beautifying or beautifying an area in a settlement, settlements can be said to avoid slums and unliveable conditions if in the construction of settlements in accordance with the standards or provisions that already apply, so it can be concluded that the settlements said to be feasible if the physical condition of the settlement can meet the applicable standards. The change of Kampung Wonosari to Kampung Pelangi received a positive response by the Government. Initially Pelangi village was not conceptualized as a tourist destination and threatened to be evicted by the government, but the fact is that the Mayor of Semarang actually sets Wonosari village as a tourist attraction. Pelangi Wonosari Tourism Village, the forced condition has made Pelangi Wonosari village not optimally known as a tourist village. Pelangi village only sells objects in the form of spots to take pictures, there are no other activities that can support the village to meet the criteria as a tourist village. Existing facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, and supporting facilities have not been arranged, so improvements need to be made so that Pelangi Village can become a sustainable destination. It is necessary to develop the design and arrangement of accessibility that can increase the attractiveness of tourists and be able to make the village of Wonosari become a tourism village that is sustainable and meets development goals. Keywords: Beautifikasi, Tourism Village, Urban Regeneration Kampung Pelangi adalah salah satu program pemerintah dalam mengatasi kekumuhan dengan cara memperindah atau mempecantik suatu kawasan didalam sebuah permukiman, permukiman dapat dikatakan terhindar dari keadaan kumuh dan tidak layak huni jika dalam pembangunan permukiman sesuai dengan standart atau ketentuan yang sudah berlaku, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa permukiman dikatakan layak apabila kondisi fisik permukimannya dapat memenuhi standart yang berlaku. Perubahan Kampung Wonosari menjadi Kampung Pelangi mendapatkan respon positif oleh Pemerintah.Awalnya kampung Pelangi tidak dikonsepkan untuk destinasi wisata dan terancam akan digusur oleh pemerintah, namun faktanya saat ini Walikota Semarang justru menetapkan kampung Wonosari menjadi obyek wisata. Kampung Wisata Pelangi Wonosari kondisi yang dipaksakan membuat kampung Pelangi Wonosari belum optimal disebut sebagai kampung wisata. kampung Pelangi hanya menjual objek berupa spot-spot untuk berfoto, tidak ada kegiatan-kegiatan lain yang mampu menunjang kampung tersebut untuk memenuhi kriteria-kriteria sebagai desa wisata. Sarana dan prasarana yang ada belum memadai, serta fasilitas pendukung belum tertata, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembenahan agar Kampung Pelangi mampu menjadi destinasi yang berkelanjutan. Perlu adanya pengembangan desain dan penataan aksesibilitas yang mampu meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan serta mampu membuat kampung Wonosari menjadi kampung wisata yang berkelanjutan dan memenuhi tujuan pembangunan.
