Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 66 karyawan dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the factors of leadership style and communication of the performance of employees work. Sample used in research as many as 66 employees with the methods of the receipt of the data using a method of survey, with an instrument research is the questionnaire. Quantitative analysis method using statistics. Leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has positive and significant effect on employee performance.
