Abstract

This study was to analysis the effect of workload, time demands of work, and job stress on the turnover intention employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Area Kisamaun Tangerang.. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Bank Mandiri Area Kisamaun Tangerang. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart- PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of workload have a positive significant effect on turnover intention, time demands of work has nott effect on turnover intention, and job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Bank Mandiri Area Kisamaun Tangerang. Keywords: Workload, Time Demands of Work, Job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, time demands of work,dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Area Kisamaun Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Mandiri Area Kisamaun Tangerang.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, time demands of work tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dan streskerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Bank Mandiri Area Kisamaun Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Time Demands of Work, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention
