Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Net Asset Value, Institutional Ownership, and Independent Commissioner on Dividend Policy. The sample used is Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative or secondary with the Eviews 10 analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Net Asset Value has a positive effect on Dividend Policy, Institutional Ownership has a positive effect on Dividend Policy, and Independent Commissioners have a positive effect on Dividend Policy. Keywords: Net Asset Value, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Dividend Policy ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Nilai Aset Bersih, Kepemilikan Institusional, dan Komisaris Independen Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Sample yang digunakan adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2017-2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif atau sekunder dengan alat analisis Eviews 10. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Nilai Aset Bersih berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, dan Komisaris Independen berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen.
