Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze transformational leadership, work discipline, work environment, towards job satisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinta Pertiwi Jakarta with a total of 78 respondents. The approach used in this study was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Transformational leadership, Work discipline, Work environment, Job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sinta Pertiwi Jakarta sebanyak 78 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan transformasional, Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan kerja.
