Abstract
penelitian tentang Nilai Perusahaan beserta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya telah banyak dilakukan. Berdasarkan penelaahan atas penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh variabel ROE, DER, dan NPM terhadap Nilai Perusahan, menunjukkan hasil yang belum konsisten. Dengan demikian peneliti tertarik untuk menguji kembali mengenai ROE, DER, dan NPM serta pengaruhnya terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ROE, DER, dan NPM terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di bei tahun 2015 - 2019. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah .28 sampel, data sampel diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi (archive) dan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% yang didukung oleh soflware aplikasi sPss. flasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa variabel ROE, DER, NPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: ROE, DER, NPM dan Nilai Perusahaan. Many studies have been carried out on the value of the company and the factors that influence it. Based on a review ofprevious studies regarding the effect ofROE, DER, and NPM variables on company value, the results show that the results are not consistent. Thus, researchers are interested in re-examining ROE, DER, and NPM and their effect on firm value. The purpose ofthis study is to examine and analyze the effect ofROE, DER, and NPM on firm value in various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange in 2015 - 2019. The number ofsamples used in this study were 28 samples, sample data obtained through documentation techniques (archive) and sample selection method using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a signficance level of5% which is supported by SPSS application software. The results ofthe study show that the variables ROE, DER, NPMhave a signficant effect onfirm value. Kevwords: ROE, DER, NPM and Firm Value.
