Abstract

Abstract Near the intersection of highways around Flyover Cileungsi is a community center in the district of Cileungsi which are areas with high levels of stress, especially with economic activity. Activities with a high intensity this resulted in some abuse of the land on the islands roads are located at the intersection of the highway as the proliferation of street vendors, the shadow around the terminal site. Supposedly garden island roads can be used for green open spaces such as planting crops that produce such beauty of flowers, can be used for a place of rest for the pedestrians who want to cross the road, and other facilities with a record does not obstruct the view of road users and disrupt the function of the road surrounding. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the use of parks around the island road flyover Cileungsi with government regulations. Metde research used is the qualitative descriptive. The results obtained are some of utilization that occurred at the site of research not in accordance with government regulations such as the elements of the garden island roads are broken unavailability support elements garden, and lack of maintenance elements of the park. Abstrak Persimpangan jalan raya yang berada di sekitar Flyover Cileungsi merupakan pusat kegiatan masyarakat di kecamatan Cileungsi yang merupakan area dengan tingkat stres yang tinggi terutama dengan kegiatan ekonomi. Kegiatan dengan intensitas tinggi ini mengakibatkan beberapa penyalahgunaan lahan pada pulaupulau jalan yang berada di persimpangan jalan raya tersebut seperti menjamurnya para pedagang kaki lima, adanya terminal bayangan di sekitar lokasi. Seharusnya taman pulau jalan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk ruang terbuka hijau seperti penanaman Seminar Arsitektur Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Taman Pulau Jalan Di Sekitar Flyover Cileungsi tanaman yang menghasilkan keindahan seperti tanaman bunga, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk tempat istirahat bagi para pejalan kaki yang hendak menyebrang jalan,dan fasilitas-fasilitas lainnya dengan catatan tidak menghalangi pandangan pengguna jalan dan mengganggu fungsi jalan di sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pemanfaatan taman pulau jalan di sekitar flyover Cileungsi dengan peraturan pemerintah. Metde penelitian yang dipakai yaitu dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah beberapa pemanfaatan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian belum sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku seperti elemenelemen taman pulau jalan banyak yang rusak belum tersedianya elemen-elemen pendukung taman, dan kurangnya perawatan elemen-elemen taman.
