Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Bank Central Asia Batu Ceper Branch Office. The population in this study were employees of PT Bank Central Asia Sub Branch Office (KCP) Batu Ceper. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variables of leadership style, work discipline, work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia Batu Ceper Branch Office. Key Words : Leadership Style, Work Dicipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Batu Ceper. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Batu Ceper. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Batu Ceper.
