Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived of trust and perceived of usefulness to decision of use in BNI mobile banking services. The population used in this study is BNI mobile banking users who are located in DKI Jakarta and have decided to use BNI mobile banking services during the pandemic of Covid-19. The sample used in this study is 125 respondents. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS version 3 statistical software, using questionnaire as the research instrument. This study proves that perceived ease of, perceived of trust and perceived of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on decision to use. Keywords: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived of Trust, Perceived of Usefulness, Decision to Use Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kepercayaan, dan persepsi manfaat terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan BNI Mobile Banking. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna BNI Mobile Banking di DKI Jakarta yang memutuskan untuk menggunakan layanan mobile banking pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS versi 3.0, dengan intrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kepercayaan, dan persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan.
