Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. ISKW Java Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufakturing part komponen automotive. Selama proses produksi berlangsung karyawan mengerjakan dengan cara berdiri dan juga gerakan yang sama terus menerus serta postur tubuh yang salah dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehingga terjadinya Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) atau gangguan otot. Jenis penelitian observasi dengan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), kemudian perolehan penilaian dikategori berdasarkan action level dari Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Dari 2 aktivitas stamping press, dan juga 3 aktivitas welding yang dilakukan masing masing 2 pria dan juga 3 orang wanita pada PT. ISKW Java Indonesia didapatkan score rata rata untuk pos stamping adalah 4 yang berati diperlukan penyelidikan pada pos kerja ini dan Rata rata score untuk bagian welding adalah 5,6 yang berati perlu penyelidikan dan juga perubahan dalam waktu dekat Masukan dan usulan untuk analisis ini adalah diperlukannya edukasi kepada para karyawan bagaimana postur kerja yang ideal dan juga baik sehinnga mengurangi resiko ergonomi itu sendiri. Kata kunci: Antropometri,Ergonomi, RULA, Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) ABSTRACT PT. ISKW Java Indonesia is a manufacturing company for automotive parts. During the commencement of production process, employees performed the task by standing and also repeating the same movement with wrong body thus generating Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) or muscle atrophy. This research refers to observation approach with descriptive method. Data collection is conducted by means of direct observation. Obtained data is then analyzed using Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. Afterwards, analysis result is categorized based on the action level from Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). From 2 stamping press activities and also 3 welding activities conducted respectively by 2 men and 3 women at PT. ISKW Java Indonesia, the average score for stamping post is 4 which requires investigation for such work post. And the average score for welding post is 5,6 which translates into the need for investigation and change in the foreseeable future. The input and suggestion for this analysis is to educate the employees concerning ideal and good work posture to reduce the ergonomic risk itself.
