Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Kimia Farma Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Farmasi. Sebagaimana kita tahu, perusahaan farmasi merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi obat-obatan dengan jenis sediaan obat yang bervariasi seperti Salep, tablet, kaplet, kapsul ,injeksi, infus, suspensi, dan larutan seperti syrup, eliksir dll, yang digunakan oleh masyarakat baik untuk mengobati penyakit ataupun multivitamin untuk menjaga kesehatan. Karena hal inilah perusahaan farmasi diharapkan untuk tidak melakukan kesalahan dalam proses produksinya dimana nantinya akan berpengaruh pada kualitas obat-obatan yang dihasilkan, selain itu waktu produksipun jadi tidak efisien.Peneliti dilakukan diproses filling yang dilakukan oleh mesin Gasti produk Acyclovir,dikarenakan selama penelitian terdapat banyak permasalahan produk cacat yang timbul dalam proses pengerjaan filling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai DPMO sebesar 8060 dengan nilai sigma 4.007. Berdasarkan analisa menggunakan diagram pareto kriteria yang paling dominan mempengaruhi tingkat cacat produk adalah tingkat Kedalaman penyok sebesar 21,40%,angka dan huruf samar sebesar 17.6%, lipatan tidak rat sebesar 14,17%,lebar penyok sebesar 9,59%,coding tidak rata 7.,5%,dan lipatan terkelupas 6,61%. Proses perbaikan dilakukan dengan metode FMEA, setelah implementasi terdapat peningkatan yang dapat dilihat dari hasil perbaikan dengan bergesernya nilai sigma sebesar 1.112 (dari 4.007 sigma menjadi 5.119 sigma). As we know, pharmaceutical companies are companies that produce medicines with varied dosage forms such as ointments, tablets, caplets, capsules, injections, infusions, suspensions, and solutions such as syrup, elixir etc., which are used by communities both for treating diseases or multivitamins to maintain health. Because this is the pharmaceutical company is expected to not make mistakes in the production process which will affect the quality of medicines produced, other than that time produksipun so inefficient.Peneliti processed filling made by Gasti engine Acyclovir product, because during the study there are many defect problem arising in the process of filling work Based on the research results obtained DPMO value of 8060 with sigma value 4,07. Based on the analysis using pareto diagram, the most dominant criteria affecting the defect rate of the product is the dent Depth rate of 21.40%, the numbers and the vague letters of 17.6%, not the folds of 14.17%, the dent width of 9.59%, the coding average 7., 5%, and folds 6.61%. The improvement process is done by FMEA method, after implementation there is improvement which can be seen from the improvement result with the shift of sigma value equal to 1,112 (from 4,007 sigma become 5,119 sigma).
