Abstract
Serat Bambu merupakan salah satu bahan yang dapat menjadi alternative sebagai bahan tambah untuk meningkatkan kuat tekan beton. Adapun Limbah gypsum berasal dari pembuangan bongkaran flatfon rumah tangga, yang menjadi salah satu bahan tambah dalam pembuatan semen. Penggunaan kedua bahan tersebut sebagai subtitusi campuran beton diharapkan dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan SB sebagai fiber dan LG sebagai subtitusi semen pada campuran beton terhadap kuat tekan beton. Penelitian ini menggunakan campuran SB sebanyak 1%, 1,5%, 2%, dan 3% dari berat semen, serta LG sebanyak 3%, dan 5% dari berat semen. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan pada hari ke 14 dan ke 28. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi persentase dari SB dan LG workability semakin menurun. Pengujian kuat tekan menunjukan bahwa seluruh variasi memiliki hasil kuat tekan 1%B3%G diatas kuat tekan beton normal dan sisanya di bawah beton normal. Nilai kuat tekan tertinggi didapat dari variasi 1%B3G dengan campuran 1%SB + 3% LG yaitu 20,81 MPa. The gypsum waste comes from the disposal of the dismantled household flatfon, which is an added ingredient in cement manufacturing . The use of these two materials as a substitute for the concrete mixture is expected to reduce environmental pollution and exploitation of natural resources. This study aims to determine the effect of using SB as fiber and LG as a cement substitution in the concrete mixture on the compressive strength of concrete.. This study used a mixture of SB as much as 1%, 1.5%, 2%, and 3% by weight of cement, and LG as much as 3% and 5% by weight of cement.. Compressive strength testing is carried out on the 14th and 28th days. The result of this research is that the higher the percentage of SB and LG workability decreases. The compressive strength test shows that all variations have a compressive strength of 1% B3% G above the compressive strength of normal concrete and the rest is below normal concrete. The highest compressive strength value was obtained from a variation of 1% B3G with a mixture of 1% SB + 3% LG, namely 20.81 MPa.
