Abstract

The aims of this study are to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD), Size and Leverage on Firm Value (empirical study on companies listed in BEI). Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple analysis regression. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed in BEI . Sampling in this study that uses are all of manufacturing company with the period 2011-2013 and data obtained by 53 companies (159 samples) company criteria sampling. Sampling technique in this study that used research was purposive sampling. The result of the study showed that (1) the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure was not effect on firm value, (2) Size effect on firm value, (3) Leverage was not effect on firm value Keywords: corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD), size, leverage and firm value Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility (CSR), ukuran perusahaan dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pada sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pada sektor manufaktur tahun 2011-2013 yang terdiri dari 53 perusahaan (159 sampel) memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah purposive sampling . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
