Abstract
The purpose of this researched is to know what is the direct effect of organization culuture, leadership and toward employee’s performance by using quantity approach. The subject is the employee in Machining Assembly Section at PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia which 52 responden. Method used to collect data in the research is questionnaire. Technique used in the research to get the conclusion is a multiple linear regression technique. Analyzing data by using a multiple linear regression’s techniqueIt interpret that the leadership have negative effect toward employee’s performance and organization culture have positive effect toward employee’s performance. The conclusion that there is the effect of organization culture and leadership significantly toward employee’s performance in Machining Assembly Section at PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia. Key Words: Organization Culture, Leadership,Employee’s Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan section Machining Assembly di PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia dengan responden 52 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan adalah regresi linier berganda. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier. Hasil anlisis menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan budaya organisasi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan section Machining Assembly di PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan
