Abstract
In the current development the website is no stranger to be used as a media of communication between the organization and its public. If website as a media of communication is not managed properly can be a problem for the organization. In order for the use of the website to run in accordance with the company's objectives, there needs to be a web management strategy. Management is the same as the process of managing its activities starting from planning, organizing, communicating, controlling and evaluating the efforts of the organization to achieve a goal. Therefore, researchers want to know how the web management process in the Provider Relations Department of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. This research uses the paradigm of constructivism by using descriptive research methods. The subject of research that became the source of information is Provider Relations PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. Research data collection techniques using primary data: in-depth interviews and secondary data: documentation and online data tracing. The technique of validity of research data using data source triangulation. The results showed that i-Meditap web management strategy of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk's Provider Relations Department consists of: planning, organizing, communication, supervision and evaluation of activities have been carried out properly so that health care providers are able to understand the use of the web. The absence of surveys to Insurance Participants becomes input from researchers to the organization so that the management process becomes more effective. Keywords: Management, Website Dalam perkembangan saat ini website tidak asing digunakan sebagai media komunikasi antara organisasi dengan publiknya. Jika website sebagai media komunikasi tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi permasalahan bagi organisasi. Agar penggunaan website dapat berjalan sesuai tujuan perusahaan perlu adanya strategi pengelolaan web. Pengelolaan sama saja dengan proses manajemen kegiatannya dimulai dari melakukan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkomunikasian, pengawasan serta evaluasi usaha – usaha organisasi untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan. Oleh sebab itu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana proses pengelolaan web pada Departemen Provider Relations PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian yang menjadi sumber informasi yaitu Provider Relations PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan data primer: wawancara secara mendalam dan data sekunder: dokumentasi dan penelusuran data online. Teknik keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan web i-Meditap Departemen Provider Relations PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk yang terdiri dari: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkomunikasian, pengawasan serta evaluasi kegiatan sudah terlaksana dengan baik sehingga penyedia layanan kesehatan mampu memahami penggunaan web. Tidak adanya survei kepada Peserta Asuransi menjadi masukan dari peneliti kepada organisasi agar dapat dilakukan sehingga proses pengelolaan menjadi lebih efektif. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Website
