Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh “Pelatihan, Stres Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Turnover intention Karyawan (Pada Leadership Development Program PT Erha Clinic Indonesia). Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kausal. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampling jenuh. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Leadership Development Program PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia sebanyak 62 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover intention. (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover intention, dan (3) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Stres Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of “Training, Work Stress and Transformational Leadership to Turnover intention (At Leadership Development Program PT Erha Clinic Indonesia)”. The research design used in this study is a causal research. Data collection methods were obtained through a questionnaire. The sampel used in this study is a saturated sample. The object of this research is employees of Leadership Development Program at the total of 62 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tools Smart-PLS version 3.0. The results of the research shows that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention, (2) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention, and (3) Transformational Leadership has a non significant effect on Turnover intention.
