Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological well-being on achievement motivation for teachers at Budi Mulia school during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used in this study were obtained from various research journals and books. The sample used in this study were teachers who worked at Budi Mulia School as many as 102 respondents. The sampling technique used is using a non- probability sampling technique, with sampling using a saturated sampling technique (census). The analytical method used is using a simple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 25 software. The type of research used is a quantitative research type. The results of this study are that there is an influence between psychological well-being on achievement motivation for teachers at Budi Mulia school. Which is where there is an influence of 72.0%. While the rest is equal to 28.0%, influenced by other factors outside the variable x. From the results of the descriptive test, the psychological well- being variable obtained 90 respondents or 88.2% with a moderate level of psychological well-being, and 12 respondents or 11.8% with a high level of psychological well-being were obtained. While the achievement motivation variable obtained 83 respondents or 81.4% worth with a low level of achievement motivation, and obtained 19 respondents or 18.6% worth with a moderate level of achievement motivation. Keywords: Psychological Well-Being, Achievement Motivation, Teacher Tujuan di dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological Well-Being terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi pada guru di sekolah Budi Mulia selama pandemi Covid-19. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal penelitian dan buku. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu adalah guru yang bekerja di Sekolah Budi Mulia sebanyak 102 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai yaitu menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, dengan pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Metode analisis yang dipakai yaitu menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, terdapat pengaruh antara psychological well-being terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada guru di sekolah Budi Mulia. Yang dimana terdapat pengaruh sebesar 72.0%. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 28.0%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel x. Dari hasil uji deskriptif, Pada variabel psychological well-being diperoleh 90 orang responden atau senilai 88.2% dengan tingkatan psychological well-being yang sedang, serta diperoleh 12 orang responden atau senilai 11.8% dengan tingkatan psychological well-being yang tinggi. Sedangkan pada variabel motivasi berprestasi diperoleh 83 orang responden atau senilai 81.4% dengan tingkatan motivasi berprestasi yang rendah, serta diperoleh 19 orang responden atau senilai 18.6% dengan tingkatan motivasi berprestasi yang sedang.
