Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of organizational justice, job stress, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bina sarana Mekar. This study uses a population of 85 employees of PT. Bina sarana Mekar. This study uses the saturated sample method. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire.data analysis technique Structural Equation Model (SEMand data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of PT. Building Mekar Mekar. Keywords: Organizational Justice, Work Stress, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi, stress kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Bina Sarana Mekar. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 85 karyawan PT. Bina Sarana Mekar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Bina Sarana Mekar. Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Stress Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja.
