Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Daisen Wood Frame merupakan produsen pembuat figura atau bingkai berbahan dasar utama kayu, polysterine dan aluminium, semua produk nya saat ini hanya di ekspor ke negara jepang. Dalam pencapaian penjualannya perusahaan menginginkan ekspansi bisnis di berbagai negara untuk meningkatkan daya beli terutama pasar selain di Jepang Oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan evaluasi dalam pencapaiannya dengan cara mengimplementasikan sistem ERP mengunakan software odoo untuk mengintegrasikan semua proses bisnis dalam menunjang penjualan perusahaan. Dalam penerapannya ada 2 modul utama yang di gunakan yaitu Inventory dan E-commerce. Metode yang di gunakan dalam implementasi ini yaitu dengan Metode BPR (business Process Reengineering) yaitu menambahkan proses baru, menghilangkan berbagai proses yang tidak perlu, otomisasi pada proses dan menghubungkan berbagai proses. Implementasi ini di lakukan pada aktivitas pembelian, aktivitas penyimpanan dan aktivitas penjualan serta pembukuan dari keseluruhan aktivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi informasi bisnis proses, menerapkan langkah – langkah dalam implementasi sistem ERP odoo dan melakukan serangkaian uji coba pada sistem ERP terutama pada modul E-Commerce. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian informasi bisnis penunjang modul E-commerce yaitu spesifikasi produk, Laporan Stock Opname Finish Goods Januari 2020, Daftar Harga Penjualan Produk Finish Goods, langkah – langkah yang di lakukan penerapannya yaitu, Master item, Purchase, Recepits Goods dan uji coba yang di lakukan untuk melihat input, proses dan output pada website E-Commerce.. In achieving the sales of the company wants the expansion of business in various countries to increase the purchasing power especially the market besides in Japan therefore need to be evaluated in its achievement by implementing the ERP system Using Odoo software to integrate all business processes in supporting company sales. In its application there are 2 main modules that are used in Inventory and E-commerce. The method used in this implementation is by the BPR (business Process Reengineering) method of adding a new process, eliminating unnecessary processes, automating the process and connecting various processes. This implementation is done on purchasing activities, storage activities and sales activities as well as bookkeeping from the whole activity. The purpose of this research is to identify business process information, implement measures in the implementation of the ERP system Odoo and perform a series of trials on the ERP system especially in the E-Commerce module. Based on the results of the research of business information supporting E-commerce module namely product specifications, Stock Opname Finish Goods Report January 2020, Product sales price list Finish Goods, steps to perform its implementation, namely, Master item, Purchase, Recepits Goods and test trials are done to see the inputs, processes and outputs on the E-Commerce website.
