Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The object of research is all employees who work in Kembangan District with a population of 100 people. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that work discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work discipline, Work stress, Work motivation, Employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh displin kerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah semua pegawai yang bekerja di kecamatan kembangan dengan populasi 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa displin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
