Abstract
Realizing that human resources are an important asset for a company that has the ability to evolve as a determinant of the success of the company in the long term. Especially for a company that is the locomotive of economic progress in Indonesia in particular, in the health sector, such as PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. And so we need employees who are competent and have a working knowledge of a high , motivation and reward in the form of hiring. Based on the above, this research discusses the analysis of the effect of training, motivation and status of employees on the performance of employees of PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. The approach of this research is quantitative research and research is a causal explanatif. The study sample as many as 110 employees of PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. The results showed that the training, motivation and employee status have been positive influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously (concurrently) and the highest correlation among the three variables, namely the training. The conclusion of this research was the training, motivation and a hiring must be improved, because these three possess an important role in improving the performance of employees. Keywords: training, work motivation, employee status, employee performance Menyadari bahwa sumber daya manusia adalah aset penting bagi perusahaan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk berkembang sebagai penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Terlebih bagi perusahaan yang merupakan lokomotif kemajuan ekonomi di Indonesia khususnya, pada sektor kesehatan seperti PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Sehingga dibutuhkan karyawan yang berkompeten dan memiliki kemampuan pengetahuan yang tinggi, pemberian motivasi serta memberikan penghargaan berupa pengangkatan karyawan. maka dari itu tesis ini membahas analisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan status karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal explanatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 110 orang karyawan PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan status karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan (bersamaan) dan korelasi yang paling tinggi diantara tiga variabel bebas yaitu pelatihan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan pengangkatan karyawan harus lebih ditingkatkan, karena ketiga hal tersebut memliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
