Abstract

ABSTRACT Since the last few decades, the development of information and communication technology has been increasing rapidly. One of which is internet technology, which makes the job easier. Rhe internet makes data processing faster, making the right decisions, saving time and money. In addition, web-based information systems can also make jobs more efficient, making information more accessible. Currently the total number of internet users worldwide from 2005 to 2017, as of the most recent reported period, the number of internet users worldwide was 3.58 billion, up from 3.39 billion in the previous year. Almost all over the world using the internet and is a the need to simplify the job. But there are still many companies who still process with the manual, especially when submitting a request for leave, which is still manual where in the process of making a request for leave or in making reports still use the manual that takes a long time. Therefore, the authors have an idea to create an application system "Dasz - eLeave System" which can replace the manual submission system by using the form. This app is web-based. hope this application can help employees to make the application for leave more effectively and efficiently. Keywords : Leave Information Systems, Leave, Clerks, Web. ABSTRAK Sejak beberapa dasawarsa terakhir, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berlangsung semakin pesat. Salah satunya adalah teknologi internet, internet dapat membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah. Internet membuat pengolahan data menjadi lebih cepat, membuat keputusan yang akan diambil tepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selain itu, sistem informasi berbasis web juga dapat membuat pekerjaan lebih efisien, membuat informasi lebih mudah diakses. Saat ini total pengguna internet di seluruh dunia sejak 2005 sampai 2017 ada sekitar 3.58 miliar, naik dari 3.39 miliar di tahun sebelumnya, hampir di seluruh dunia menggunakan internet dan itu merupakan sebuah keharusan untuk membuat pekerjaan lebih mudah. Namun masih banyak perusahaan yang masih mengolah dengan manual khususnya pada saat mengajukan permintaan cuti, dimana dalam proses pengajuan cuti masih menggunakan proses yang memakan waktu lama. Oleh karena itu, penulis memiliki ide untuk membuat sebuah sistem aplikasi “Dasz – eLeave System” yang diharapkan dapat menggantikan sistem pengajuan manual yang masih menggunakan formulir. Aplikasi ini berbasis web. berharap aplikasi ini dapat membantu pegawai untuk melakukan pengajuan cuti secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Cuti, Cuti, Pegawai, dan Web
