Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Disclosure Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital, Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value. The data used in this study in secondary data is taken from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques used technique analysis of SPSS approach. The population used in this study is a manufacturing industry companies in the period 2015-2017. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that disclosure intellectual capital and profitability had an effect on firm value, while disclosure corporate social responsibility and leverage no effect on firm value. Key words: disclosure corporate social responsibility, disclosure intellectual capital, profitability, leverage, firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility dan Intellectual Capital, Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis pendekatan SPSS. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri manufaktur pada periode 2015-2017. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengungkapan intellectual capital dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, pengungkapan intellectual capital, profitabilitas, leverage dan nilai perusahaan.
