Abstract

Modeling application integration of government procurement within SCM framework aims to develop application model design related to government procurement which currently still processed manually and integration model design related to government procurement process within SCM framework. Data and information collected from Internet and used as reference of procurement regulation and process. The model design of application related to government procurement process are: 5 years planning using applications Long Term Financial Planning (LTFP), Spend Analysis using Spend Analysis Software, packaging & procurement by develop (custom application) Procurement Packaged Analysis Tool, Procurement Preparation by develop (custom application) Procurement Preparation Tool, contract using Contract Management Software application, and assets using Asset Management Software application. While the design of the procurement integration models are: All procurement related processes must be conduct electronically (using the application), application methods that already exist and that will be develop should be centralized using Cloud Computing. Standardization of all catalogs, data and processes using the UNSPSC as a standard catalog of goods/services, KBLI as a standard vendor classification and application integration using web services.
