Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA, apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA, apakah terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel X1, motivasi kerja sebagai variabel X2, dan kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA sebagai variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi sederhana (Pearson Product Moment) dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA, dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pegawai Divisi Human Capital Management dan Sub Divisi Halo BCA pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of leadership style on employee performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA, whether there is influence of the work motivation on employees performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA, whether there is in fluence between leadership style and work motivation employees performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA at PT, Bank Central Asia Tbk. The variables used in this study are leadership style as a variable X1, work motivation as a variable X2, and employee performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA as variable Y. The data which obtained were analyzed using simple correlation (Pearson Product Moment) and multiple correlation. The results showed that there is significant influence between leadership style onemployee performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA, there is significant influence between work motivation on employee performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA, and there is a significant influence between leadership style and work motivation together on employee performance in Division Human Capital Management and Sub Division Halo BCA at PT.
