Abstract
Dr. Yessica Tania is a TikTok creator who started uploading her videos on May 3, 2020. Dr. Yessica Tania uses Tiktok social media to share beauty tips and education to people who need information about beauty. Dr. Yessica Tania forms a personal branding which is a self-brand or uniqueness that distinguishes her from others. In his tiktok account, Dr. Yessica Tania in it provides information about choosing a good Skin Care to support beauty in women. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This study aims to explain the case study analysis in the personal branding process of Dr. Yessica Tania. In this study, the researchers chose several research subjects with 4 key informants who knew best about the overall condition and process of managing Dr. Tiktok social media accounts. Yessica Tania, and 2 informants as customers of Dr. Yessica Tania. The results showed that the personal branding process of Dr. Yessica Tania has a long process that includes her specialization, the process of learning personality, the process of researching differences with others, unity, reality, and building a good name. Keywords: Personal Branding, Tiktok Social Media Dr. Yessica Tania merupakan seorang kreator TikTok yang mulai mengunggah videonya pada tanggal 3 Mei 2020.Dr. Yessica Tania ini menggunakan media sosial Tiktok untuk membagikan tips dan edukasi kecantikan kepada masyarakat yang memerlukan informasi mengenai kecantikan. Dr. Yessica Tania membentuk personal branding yang merupakan merek diri atau keunikan yang membedakannya dengan orang lain. Didalam akun tiktoknya Dr. Yessica Tania di dalamnya memberikan informasi mengenai pemilihan Skin Care yang baik guna menunjang kecantikan pada wanita. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai analisis studi kasus dalam proses personal branding Dr. Yessica Tania. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih beberapa subjek penelitian dengan 4 key informan yang paling mengetahui bagaimana kondisi keseluruhan dan proses pengelolaan akun media sosial Tiktok Dr. Yessica Tania, dan 2 informan sebagai customer Dr. Yessica Tania. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses personal branding Dr. Yessica Tania memiliki proses yang panjang meliputi proses spesialisasinya, proses memperlihatkan kepribadian, proses yang memperlihatkan perbedaan dengan orang lain, kesatuan, realita, dan pembentukan nama baik. Kata Kunci: Personal Branding, Media Sosial Tiktok
