Abstract

PT Bank Syariah Mandiri is a company engaged in financial services, located in Wisma Mandiri Building in Central Jakarta, and has many branches throughout Indonesia and has thousands of employees. Until now the system used for employee data management is still not integrated, such as attendance systems, employee data, and payroll which are still separate. The staffing system is related to the design of company relations in determining the effectiveness and efficiency to realize the accuracy of the goals of a company, in this case the researcher analyzes the system requirements using the PIECES method in addition to the system development method commonly used for the design of staffing information systems that uses the RAD method (Rapid Application Development) or often called the method of rapid development. In this study, researchers will design a staffing system related to employee data that is integrated with each other such as attendance systems, employee data, and payroll data. Key words: Personnel Information System, PIECES Method, RAD Method PT Bank Syariah Mandiri adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa keuangan yang berlokasi di Gedung Wisma Mandiri Jakarta Pusat, serta mempunyai banyak cabang di seluruh Indonesia dan memiliki ribuan orang karyawan. Sampai saat ini sistem yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan data karyawan masih belum berintegrasi seperti sistem absensi, data karyawan, dan penggajian yang masih terpisah. Sistem kepegawaian berhubungan dengan rancangan hubungan perusahaan dalam menentukan efektifitas dan efisiensi untuk mewujudkan ketepatan tujuan suatu perusahaan, dalam hal ini peneliti melakukan analisa kebutuhan sistem menggunakan metode PIECES selain itu Metode pengembangan sistem yang biasa digunakan untuk perancangan sistem informasi kepegawaian yaitu menggunakan metode RAD(Rapid Application Development) atau sering disebut dengan metode pengembangan cepat. Pada penelitian ini peneliti akan merancang sebuah sistem pengolahan kepegawaian terkait data karyawan yang saling terintegrasi satu sama lain seperti sistem absensi, data karyawan, dan data penggajian. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian, Metode PIECES, Metode RAD.
