Abstract
Steel is one of the raw materials used in the manufacture of electronic products, automotive and construction. One company in Bekasi is one of the subsidiaries involved in the provision and steel cutting services. Products produced in the form of sheet plate and slit coil. Process Order Customer is an important process in meeting customer demand. Many of the problems and obstacles that occur in meeting customer demand. It was caused from internal and external factors. The impact of these errors include: the return of materials (return material) of the customer, the revised document, the revision of the delivery order, and the resulting waste in terms of time and cost. With the continuous improvement (countinuous improvement) is expected these problems can be minimized. This study aims to make improvements with Kaizen and Hoshin Kanri. This improvement follows the Kaizen approach is PDCA methods to reduce errors that occur in the process of customer orders. Hoshin Kanri role is to do the deployment in stages "Plan". Additionally, Fishbone diagram will illustrate the causal and planning improvements to the 5W + 1H. Kaizen improvements by obtaining the resulting decline in errors in customer order process. Also produced the latest standardization process customer orders. Key words: Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, Fishbone diagram, 5W +1H
