Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Wellcomm Ritelindo Pratama. The population in this research is 145 employees. The sample used is 106 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula and using a quantitative approach. The sampling method using probability sampling technique. The methods of data collection used survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by getting the original sample value of 0.316, the T-Statistic value of 3,894 and the P-Values value of 0.000, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by obtaining the original sample value. is 0.303, the T-Statistic is 3.327 and the PValues is 0.001 and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance by getting the original sample value of 0.399, the T-Statistic value of 3.894 and the P-Values of 0.000 Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Wellcomm Ritelindo Pratama. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 145 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 106 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan mendapatkan nilai original sample sebesar 0.316, nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.894 dan nilai P-Values sebesar 0.000, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan mendapatkan nilai original sample sebesar 0.303, nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.327 dan nilai P-Values sebesar 0.001 dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan mendapatkan nilai original sample sebesar 0.399, nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.894 dan nilai P-Values sebesar 0.000 Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
