Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Work life balance dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention PT Tani Fund Madani Indonesia. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 189 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Tani Fund Madani Indonesia dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SPSS, dilakukan pengujian validitas, realiabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel, berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, work life balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Work Life Balance, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention.The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, Work life balance and work environment on the turnover intention of PT Tani Fund Madani Indonesia. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study were obtained from 189 respondents who are employees of PT Tani Fund Madani Indonesia by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS test instrument for validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The first stage in this research is to test the validity of the questions for each of the following variables and their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between leadership style, work life balance and work environment on turnover intentions. Leadership style has a negative effect on turnover intention, work life balance has a positive effect on turnover intention and influence of work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention.
