Abstract
ABSTRAK Area produksi PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu area yang memiliki bahaya yang tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukan pencegahan agar segala potensi bahaya dan risiko kecelakaan kerja dapat dikendalikan. Kecelakaan dapat terjadi karena adanya tindakan yang tidak aman dan kondisi yang tidak aman. Job Safety Analysis ( JSA ) merupakan salah satu bidang dari Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja untuk memeriksa dan menemukan bahaya dari rancangan mesin, alat, material, lingkungan serta proses kerja yang diperlukan bagi pekerja untuk mencegah gangguan terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menerangkan dan menganalisis penerapan metode JSA di PT. XYZ dan melakukan penilaian risiko berserta penyebab risikonya dengan metode House of Risk (HOR) untuk kemudian direncanakan preventive action berdasarkan prioritas sesuai hasil perhitungan sehingga akan lebih efektif dalam upaya pencegahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode JSA di PT. XYZ ini belum maksimal dan mengakibatkan potensi risiko yang ada belum teridentifikasi dengan baik sehingga dilakukan analisis berdasarkan observasi menggunakan metode JSA, tanya jawab dan studi kepustakaan di area produksi PT. XYZ. Sebagai hasilnya, teridentifikasinya 36 risiko (risk event) dan 17 penyebab risiko (risk agent). Hasil penilaian risiko dengan metode HOR menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima risk agent dan tujuh preventive action yang perlu dilakukan. XYZ is one area that has a high danger so it needs to be done to prevent all potential hazards and risks of accidents can be controlled. Accidents can occur due to unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is one of the areas of Occupational Safety and Health to examine and discover the hazards of engine design, tools, materials, environments and work processes necessary for workers to prevent disruption to occupational safety and health. In this study, the authors explain and analyze the application of JSA methods in PT. XYZ and perform risk assessment along with the cause of the risks with the House of Risk (HOR) method to then plan the preventive action based on the priority according to the calculation result so that it will be more effective in prevention efforts. The results showed that the application of JSA method in PT. XYZ is not maximal and resulted in potential risks that have not been identified properly so that the analysis based on observation using JSA method, question and answer and literature study in the production area of PT. XYZ. As a result, the identification of 36 risks (risk events) and 17 causes of risk (risk agent). The result of the risk assessment by the HOR method indicates that there are five risk agents and seven preventive actions that need to be done.
