Abstract
TINGKAT POLICE STRESS PADA ANGGOTA SAMAPTA POLDA METRO JAYA DEA PRAHASTUTI ABSTRACK The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of police stress is on the members of the Samapta Polda Metro Jaya. The data is taken from a sample of 164 Samapta Metro Jaya Police members. The measuring instrument used was the Operational Police Stress Questionnaire (McCreary, 2006) which consisted of 20 items. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis was tested using descriptive analysis for the level of Police stress, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskall Wallis test to analyze different tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a level of Police stress on members of the Samapta Polda Metro Jaya by 29.3% for the category of moderate stress and 3 % for high stress category. STUDI DESKRIPTIF POLICE STRESS PADA ANGGOTA SAMAPTA POLDA METRO JAYA DEA PRAHASTUTI ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat Police stress pada anggota Samapta Polda Metro Jaya. Data diambil dari sampel sebanyak 164 anggota Samapta Polda Metro Jaya. Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah Operational Police Stress Questionnaire (McCreary,2006) yang terdiri dari 20 item. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah simple random sampling. Analisis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk tingkat Police stress, uji Mann Whitney U dan uji Kruskall Wallis untuk menganalisis uji beda Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya tingkat Police stress pada anggota Samapta Polda Metro Jaya sebesar 29,3% untuk kategori stres sedang dan 3% untuk kategori stress tinggi. Kata kunci: Police, stres, anggota Samapta, dan Polda Metro Jaya.
