Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, leadership, and satisfaction of the employees performance. Research population is collected from the employees of head office PT. Agung Concern. In this research, taking sample is by doing survey of all the employees of PT. Agung Concern. Data analysis method use testing validity, reliability and double regression. Compensation variable has positive influence and significant influence of employees's performance of PT.Agung Concern. Leadership variable has negative influence and significant influence of employees performance of PT. Agung Concern. Satisfaction variable has positif influence of employees performance of PT. Agung Concern. In this research, double coefficient determination is used to know how big variation of independent variable compensation ,leadership and satisfaction which is explained by variation of dependent variable employees performance explain the employees performance is influenced by leadership, satisfaction, and compensation in together and simultaneous. Keyword : Compensation, Leidership, Satisfaction and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian dikumpulkan dari karyawan kantor pusat PT. Agung Concern. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dengan melakukan survey pada seluruh karyawan PT. Agung Concern. Metode analisis data menggunakan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas dan regresi berganda. Variabel kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan PT. Agung Concern. Variabel kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Agung Concern. Variabel kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Agung Concern. Dalam penelitian ini koefisien determinasi berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya variasi variabel independen kompensasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan yang dapat dijelaskan variasi variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan tabel Model Summary diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2 ) bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, kepuasan dan kompensasi secara bersama - sama atau simultan.
