Abstract

PT. Sidomulyo Selaras is an industry for transportation merit in chemical liquid carrier or parlous and poisonous materials (B3) which has been operating since 1986 or has been 23 years operates, it needs to measure the performance of the company for its development. All this time, the running performance system seems not based on standard goals, neglects the strength, opportunity, weakness and the real performance of the company to hold ground and compete. This research aims to identify the strengths of the company, to find out the opportunities and process betterment and result effect on the stakeholder, customer, employees, owner, supplier and people in common. The research starts with study of preface in field study and literary study, formulation of existing problem at the company, then collecting company's data based on seven categories in Malcom Baldrige Criterias with interviews and fulfilling worksheet. The obtained result evaluated by ADLI approach containes Approach, Deployment, Learning and Integration, and so giving the strategic planning to repair obtained measure result value. The result of performance measurement of the company in accordance to Baldrige Criterias has been obtained 380,50 or 38,1% from the maximum 1000 for excellent company, it means that the company is in the grade of Early Improvement which the company denotes the starting of Systematic Learning in fulfilling the basic requirements of the seven criterias. Entirely, from all categories denotes that the company needs to do learning and repairing for value improvement in each categories.PT. Sidomulyo Selaras adalah industri jasa transportasi pengangkutan kimia cair atau bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) yang sudah beroperasi sejak tahun 1986 atau sudah 23 tahun berjalan, dalam perkembanganya perlu mengukur kinerja perusahaanya. Selama ini, dirasakan bahwa sistem kerja yang ada masih belum standar, dan belum mengetahui kekuatan, peluang, kelemahan, dan performa perusahaan yang sesungguhnya untuk dapat bertahan dan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan-kekuatan perusahaan, mencari peluang-peluang perusahaan dan mencari peluang bagi perbaikan proses dan hasil yang berdampak kepada stakeholder, pelanggan, karyawan, pemilik (owner), pemasok (supplier), serta masyarakat. Penelitian diawali dengan studi pendahuluan yaitu studi lapangan dan studi pustaka, merumuskan permasalahan yang ada di perusahaan, kemudian mengumpulkan data perusahaan berdasarkan tujuh kategori Kriteria Baldrige dengan cara wawancara dan pengisian lembar kerja. Hasil yang diperoleh dinilai melalui pendekatan ADLI yaitu Approach (Pendekatan), Deployment (Penyebarluasan), Learning (Pembelajaran), dan Integration (Integrasi), serta memberikan perencanaan strategi perbaikan untuk memperbaiki nilai hasil pengukuran yang didapat. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria Baldrige didapatkan nilai 380,50 atau 38,1 % dari nilai maksimal 1000 untuk perusahaan yang excellence, artinya perusahaan berada dalam tahap Early Improvement yaitu organisasi menunjukkan permulaan perbaikan/pembenahan (Learning) yang sistematis dalam menjawab persyaratan dasar dari tujuh kriteria. Secara keseluruhan di semua kategori masih perlu adanya pembenahan dan perbaikan untuk peningkatan nilai secara merata di setiap kategori.
