Abstract
This study tries to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, company size and profitability on firm value. Institutional ownership takes with INST, company size is measured by SIZE, and profitability is measured by Net Profit Margin. The population in this study were 48 companies. The samples used were 26 companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The data source in this study is secondary data collected with documentation techniques obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis in the study used panel data regression analysis method with the randome effect method. Based on the results of the regression analysis of the randome effect panel model using Eviews 9 software, it can be seen that the size of the company (Size) is related to the value of the company, and related to the structure of institutional ownership and profitability not to the value of the company in the business sub-sector property and real estate paid in IDX for the 2014-2018 period. Keywords: Institutional Ownership Structure, Company Size, Profitability and Company Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikaan institusional diukur dengan INST, ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan SIZE, dan profitabilitas diukur dengan Net Profit Margin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 26 perusahaan pada sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan analisis metode regresi data panel dengan metode randomeffect. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi data panel model randomeffect dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9 maka dapat diketahui bahwa Ukuran perusahaan (Size) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan diketahui struktur kepemilikan institusional dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perushaan sub sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Kata Kunci : Struktur Kepemilikan Institusinonal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan.
