Abstract
Produktivitas pemanen merupakan indikator yang menunjukkan bagaimana proses produksi mampu dijalankan secara optimal oleh perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Rendahnya produktivitas pemanen yang disebabkan oleh kurang efektifnya gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja merupakan fenomena penting yang harus dihadapi oleh PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menemukan ada tidaknya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (khususnya pemanen) di PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi 240 orang pemanen dan dengan perhitungan rumus slovin didapatkan 150 orang pemanen sebagai sampel terpilih. Metode sampling insidental digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk menentukan karyawan yang menjadi sampel atau sebagai responden. Data penelitian dijaring dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations. Hasil korelasi antar dimensi menunjukkan bahwa perubahan variabel produktivitas kerja khususnya pada dimensi kualitas paling besar dipengaruhi oleh dimensi kompensasi finansial langsung, sedangkan dimensi goal oriented dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan dimensi need for affilitiation dari motivasi kerja paling besar mempengaruhi pada dimensi efektivitas dari variabel produktivitas kerja. Harvester productivity can be used as an indicator that shows how was production processes can be running optimally in Oil Palm Plantation Companies. The low of harvester productivity caused by a lack of effective leadership style, compensation and motivation become an important phenomena that must be faced by PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations. This research was aimed to examine and discover whether there is influence of the leadership styles, compensations and job motivations on employee productivity (especially for harvesters) PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations. The research population includes 240 employees (harvester) and the calculation using Slovin formula to obtained 150 harvester as selected sample. Incidental sampling method is used as a guideline to determining the employee as a sample or respondent. The research data were obtained by using questionnaires and the methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the leadership styles, compensation and job motivation simultaneously are having positive and significant influence on employee productivity at PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations. The dimension correlation results showed that the greatest changing of employee productivity in particular on the dimensions of quality most influenced by the dimensions of direct financial compensation, while the dimensions of goal oriented from variable leadership styles and dimensions need for affilitiation from job motivations has the greatest influence on effectiveness dimensions from employee productivity variable.
