Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) Analyze the effect of company size on capital structure. (2) Analyzing the effect of managerial ownership on capital structure. (3) Analyzing the effect of institutional ownership on capital structure. (4) Analyzing the influence of the audit committee on capital structure. The object of this research is companies listed on the LQ 45 index 2015-2017 which are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling method used is a purposive method with a sample size of 90. The type of data used is secondary data taken by the collection method that is accessed through the site www.idx.co.id. Analysis of the data used in this study is a statistical analysis with the form of multiple linear regression tests on IBM SPSS version 20 software. The results of this study indicate that company size has an effect on capital structure, managerial ownership has no effect on capital structure, institutional ownership has no effect on capital structure and audit committee has an effect on capital structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial terhadap struktur modal. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap struktur modal. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh komite audit terhadap struktur modal. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdapat di indeks LQ 45 tahun 2015-2017 yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode dokumentasi yang diakses melalui situs www.idx.co.id. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik dengan bentuk uji analisis linier berganda pada perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal dan komite audit berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal.
