Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Supply Chain Management Menggunakan Metode Supply Chain Operations Reference Dan Analytical Hierarki Proses Pada Proyek Apartemen Green Avenue Bekasi Timur, Nama : C Yuppie Setyatama, NIM : 41116320033, Dosen Pembimbing : Anjas Handayani, ST., MT., 2019. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja supply chain perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode SCOR atau Supply Chain Operations Reference. SCOR terbagi dalam 5 proses manajemen dasar supply chain yaitu plan, source, make, deliver dan return. Pengukuran kinerja juga didukung dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot setiap indikator kinerja dan dihitung dengan menggunakan program Expert Choice v11 pada penelitian ini. Penelitian menghasilkan nilai pencapaian kinerja supply chain perusahaan secara keseluruhan sebesar 75,442 yang merupakan kategori BAIK dalam pencapaian penilaian total kinerja perusahaan dan rekomendasi prioritas perbaikan 4 indikator kinerja yang diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja supply chain perusahaan. ABSTRACT Title: Analysis Performance Supply Chain Management Using the Supply Chain Operations Reference Method And Analytical Hierarchy Process at Project Apartment Green Avenue in East Bekasi, Name: C Yuppie Setyatama, NIM: 41116320033, Supervisor: Anjas Handayani, ST., MT., 2019. This study analyzes the performance of a company's supply chain as measured by using the SCOR or Supply Chain Operations Reference method. SCOR is divided into 5 basic supply chain management processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver and return. Performance measurement is also supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of each performance indicator and is calculated using the Expert Choice v11 program in this study. The research resulted in 75.442 overall supply chain performance achievement of the company which is a GOOD category in achieving total company performance appraisal and recommendations for improvement of 4 performance indicators that are expected to help improve the company's supply chain performance.
